Our efforts to bring the FAQ to the community in different languages will take some time. We are translating questions found from +faq, along with any other important deviantART-related information. Translations are posted in our Journals; non-English dA tutorials can be suggested to our Favourites; and our Newsletters and other announcements can be found from our Gallery.

Note: Our translations are not official translations and can potentially become out of date or inaccurate if the FAQ is updated. We advise you to check on the corresponding FAQ for more details.

#InternationalFAQ Newsletter 5Prelude
Hello! My name's Jim, and I'm the glamorous assistant to the magicians here at InternationalFAQ. This is my first newsletter for the group; without enormously patient help from =Eitvys200 and *pwassonne on Skype, it might not have been! So many thanks to you.
Why is this my first newsletter? At the end of October, my laptop was stolen. I was away from dA for six months; that's how long it took me to save enough to buy a new laptop. The group posted newsletters during my absence, so I have had a lot to catch up on. Having read =Daghrgenzeen's newsletters, hers is a tough act to follow.
So let's get on with it.
Changes since the last newsletter
:bulletyellow: Co-founder $namenotrequired has left the group after more than a year of being an admin, due to other commitments. His replacement is =Eitvys200.
It was a bittersweet moment for me to return to have gained a new co-founder and lost an old one. The group also gained many n#InternationalFAQ Newsletter 5 by *twicehalf
#InternationalFAQ Newsletter 4Hi guys! :heart: I was not planning to post this Newsletter just yet (because I'm on a winterbreak and forgot my notebook with all the Group changes at home hurrdurr) but I'll go by what I remember with some help from Newsletter 3 as well as the Chatroom Meeting 3: Summary and Log post. Why? Because... stuff has happened! Things. :eyes: When I get back home from my winter break, I'll possibly put up Newsletter 5 after checking my notebook and so on. :salute:
This newsletter will have three main sections: administration news, change log, and the discussion & suggestions.
WARNING: Sta.sh Writer seems a bit buggy today, so formatting may contain... things I did not want to be there! :shakefist:

Some more changes have taken place, and more are on their way - and suggestions are of course always welcome. :eager:

The first newsletter was a good success, it seems! The comments were amazingly supportive and helpful, and already some changes have taken place (more or less) according to the received feedback.
Now. The change log consists of two parts: changes already made, and changes that still need to be done. After that, there'll be a discussion & suggestion section. The changes are listed in the exact order in which they were made.
This time I won't use colour codes, so as to keep those for suggestions only. :)

Summary
:bulletblue: =Eitvys200 asked about the Members privclass in the chat room: do we really need it? The Members privclass is for Members of the Group, but they don't really show up in the chat room. This privclass could be renamed "regulars" and the people who come to the chatroom often could be moved to this privclass. People would ask a Co-Founder to move them to the privclass, and the Co-Founder would assess if they have been here long/often enough (no set time).
